New Pace Calculator

So, you've taken the leap and decided to take running seriously. well, seriously enough to Google "pace calculator" instead of making an educated guess at your speed and hoping for the best. Good on you. Whether you're chasing a new 5K personal best, trying to pip the dog in the park, or simply wanting to look like you have a clue what you're doing at the local parkrun, understanding your pace is important.

New Calculator for Pace

A pace calculator isn't all about numbers; it's bragging rights. Let's say you "ran 7 minutes per mile" and, lo and behold, you're an elite runner. Say "I ran half an hour and sweated" and, well… less glamorous. Our pace calculator works out all the boring maths for you. Just insert your distance and time, or your pace and distance, or your time and pace, and it will give you the missing number faster than you can lace up your trainers.

Training Assistant

This is as helpful as your rain-explanation excuses for the times you need to train when it rains. How many 10Ks will you take to complete one at your current jog-but-not-a-walk pace? Sorted. How many meters can you run before the ice cream van vanishes down your street? Done. Marathon training? (Good luck, though.) Pop in the numbers and let the tough bit be done by the calculator, while you focus on putting one foot in front of the other.

So go on, try it. Use the calculator below, practice your speed and then casually insert the numbers into conversation. Because if you're going to suffer through a run, you might as well have the stats to brag about later.
