  1. I have had a hard time getting exercise at home because of the pandemic. I think a lot of it stems from a lack of motivation combined with a lack of knowledge of home workouts. The motivation part I’m still working on but I think that with this content I can find some ways to work out and be in better shape without having to leave the house. Some of these power towers look awesome, its good to have a good range to compare
